Morning, Everyone. Well, both of you..

Today's been pretty tough. Yesterday (the 25th) was one year since Charlie passed away. I believe he was contacting me at work while I was on register. The screen kept blurring & getting fuzzy, like when you have sattelite tv & a storm is coming. No other registers were doing that. It's hard to press the 'food' button while it's moving. When I realized what I think was happening, I just smiled to myself & continued on. A few people asked me was what wrong throughout the day, and I told them I didn't feel good. After I got home, I sent Tim a messege through Facebook explaining that it wasn't him or anyone else at work that had me upset all day. He said he figured something was wrong because I wasn't acting like myself, so he let it go. I did push my ass up against his to move him outta my way in the afternoon, but that was my only contact with him all day. I have off tomorrow, and he has off Thursday. So I told him to wear something for Halloween on Friday. Will it be the Devil costume I gave him? Probly not. Seeing as how the women aren't even allowed to wear dresses, I doubt they'd see the humor in his She Devil skirt outfit. He sent me pictures of him in it that I'll treasure forever... lol But I work Saturday & he doesn't - so we'll see if he comes in wearing it then..

What a TEASE!! ARGH!!! LOL!!

I've been all-a-flutter for hours... lol. This involves Mike #2, that lives down the road. I was walking up our ramp, and I hear this wolf whistle. I knew he was standing on the road talking to my uncle, facing away from me, so I didn't say anything to him, as I didn't want to interupt. But when I heard the whistle, I stopped immediately and slowly turned around, smiling. He was standing there, now turned to face me, smiling himself. "Hiiiiii, Mike..." and.. I'm still smiling. I'm also wondering if he still has a girlfriend. :^)

Good Evening!

Sorry about the font size of that last post. I tried to change it, but it didn't take. :(

Today should have been Monday, by the way it started out. I forgot I needed gas, so I didn't leave as early as I should have. When I finally got to the gas station, I got out & pushed the 'Here' button. It didn't work. Frustrated, I went 2 pumps down. It worked. After I swiped my card & was waiting for it to be approved, I reached down to open the gas flap. It wasn't there. It was on the OTHER SIDE OF THE CAR! MF'er!!! Since it was pretty much empty (both the parking lot and my tank) and my card was just approved, I got back in & very quickly turned my car around. Whew! Close one! So I grabbed the nozzle & as soon as I pulled the trigger inside the dry tank, I see that I grabbed the PREMIUM!! JESUS H. CHRIST!!! Not knowing whether to laugh or cry, I immediately stopped, and started another transaction. I can only imagine the laughter of the employee's inside, but I refused to turn & look. After finally filling up, I was on my way to work. Not 3 seconds after I got out of the parking lot, I found myself directly behind 2 big rigs at the red light. Only 1 mile from my house, and 16 miles from work, they - for some reason - decided to go 15mph UNDER the speed limit almost the entire way. They turned off only a few miles from work. Suprisingly, I was only 3 minutes late. And I'm usually 10 minutes early.

Tomorrow is food stamp day, and I'm in the cooler. Better there, than on register on this most hellish of days. I swear to god, I think these people use banana's to fuel their cars, as fast as they are gone through on f.s. day. It's truely mind boggling.

So, how was *your* day???

Foot Up The ..

Post this if you know someone, or have been affected by someone who needs a foot up the ass. People who need a foot up the ass affect the lives of many. There is still no known cure for people who need a foot up the ass except a foot up the ass, but we can raise awareness. 93% of you won't repost this and you need a foot up the ass too. Thanks, Chris!

My, How Time Flies!

It's really been a month since I posted? Holy crap! Well, I've been sick for a month, that's why. Tempted to go to the doctors, but I have no insurance. It's just a cold, but it wont go away. It's more annoying than anything. Sinus & chest congestion pretty much constantly. Been trying loads of different medicines, and though some help at first, my body gets use to them and they stop working. My colds usually run 2 weeks, and all I had left was a slight cough. Then for some reason, it came on all over again. I didn't even know it was possible to catch a cold, while you still had one. *sighs*

In less than 4 weeks, my aunt and I are suppose to FINALLY go to Atlantic City. Tickets are bought.. destinations are planned. The lighthouse & some museums are on the top of our list. The rest is sightseeing, and maybe a touch of beach-combing. She's also never been to a casino, so when we get dropped off at Bally's, it's gonna blow her mind.. LOL! The only thing we have to worry about, is the weather. Sure, it's gonna be November 6th, but for the past few years, it never gets cold-cold til around xmas. Odd for PA.

Speaking of odd.. I worked the cooler yesterday. Something fell off my cart as I was putting out the margerine & a guy picked it up for me. "There, I did my good deed for the day. 'Cause I can be bad..." Now, if that was some hot college guy who said it, I'd be all over that. This dude was 110. *rolls eyes* Uhh... yeah. Thanks. Now go away.

Speaking of hot guys, I smacked Tim's ass today. It was his fault. He ran into some of my Ajax with the forklift & tried to get it cleaned up before I got back from lunch. "Here she comes!" I heard him say on the other side of the shelves. As I came around the corner, I saw the thick blue liquid in front of my area, quickly spreading. He was sprinkling cat litter on it as fast as he could. But just in the middle. Men. "You can put more down, if you want.." he said, as he handed me the 'Special Kitty'. "Um, you owe me a clean up." Remembering back when I cleaned up his milk he ran into in the cooler, he took the litter back and started sprinkling more on the edges. But as he took the litter and bent over to put more down, he shoved his ass into me, to back me up. So I smacked him a good one. LOL! See? His fault. :)

A few days ago, I joined the world of Facebook. But only to be able to see pictures from friends. My first night on FB, Tim & I actually spent almost 1/2 an hour talking about his underwear.

Well, kids... the new episode of Ghost Adventures is on soon. Mom taped something in here, so I have to catch the 2nd airing. Might just tape it.. lol. I'll try to update more often! Hopefully my cold goes away before next month! Chow!

My New Baby Shower Ornaments..

.. apparently, were never suppose to be seen. By anyone. The Sanyo I bought is a COMPLETE piece of shit. It's going back to China where it came from. The pictures on there are gone. Or so the computer says. I even took pics of them, plus Lucky, on the memory card. They are now not there. Or so the computer says. Thank god I didn't take naughty pics.

I set up for the 2-day Lycoming County Rotary Festival in 10 days. Did I make anything for it yet? Of course not. How long have I known about it? About 3 months. I thought making the ornaments would get me back into the 'claying mood'... but I guess it hasn't. It's only 8pm, so I'm going to try to clean this pig sty of a room so I have room to work. Maybe once my clay is accesible, I'll want to do it more. We'll see.

How COMPLETELY RUDE!

Sure, we are are only a stones throw away from the Little League World Series in South Side. Sure, it started tonight, and I work 2 miles from it on Rt. 15. But anywhere on the radio did they mention at ALL... about The Raminator coming to town?!?!? HELL NO!!!! What, that isn't important enough for them??!? One of the most famous monster trucks comes to this rinky dink town & it goes virtually unnoticed. (If it was Snake Bite, I would have walked down!) He's only here today and tomorrow, and I fully intended on going & even going for a ride in it - it's free! I was looking forward to this day for well over a week!!! That's why I was so frantic about finding a camera, since I doubt I'll ever see Mike's again. But did I go see it? Did I go for a ride, or watch it crush cars?? No. Mother Nature had other plans for me early today. And even if my cramps subsided a bit tomorrow when he does his second show - it's all done while I'm at work. :*( I did get the chance to see him parked at the edge of the dealership he's at last night on my way home from work, though. That excited me like you wouldn't even believe! He wasn't there this morning at 7, but was again on my way home this afternoon. IMHO, monster trucks are just BAD-ASS! When Mike & I were still together, we went to the monster truck show in Bloomsburg, in 2005. OMFG, I loved it!! Ah, memories....

I dread tomorrow at work, and every day the Little League is being played. We are just at the bottom of the hill on the right hand side, going away from South Williamsport. So everyone has been shopping for snacks, goodies, ice, 10 for $1 soft drinks.. all that crap. And we are fully stocked, trust me. If it's gonna be food stamp day within the next 2 weeks, I will commit murder, I swear to god. It's bad enough that - no, I wont even start.

LMAO! That reminds me of something I did to a little blonde girl today... hehehee... Well, the parents need to keep an eye on their freakin kids, and not expect others to watch them! They drop the kids off in front of the toy section & go do their shopping. Meanwhile, the little assholes sit on the floor ruining our merchandise. Anyhoo's, I was pushing my U-boat along the main 'drag' along the ends on the isles. They are basically skinny, tall, metal carts, with an upsidedown 'u' on each end. They make quite a racket when empty. Well, I see these 2 little girls sitting on the floor smack dab in the center of the toy section - which is where I turn to go into the warehouse. I get a smile on my face. I look around - no parents as usual. Nobody at all, really. My smile gets bigger. All I have is crushed cardboard from the stuff I put out, so my U-boat is making a loud rattle. As I get closer, the one little girl looks up from whatever she's playing with. I pick up speed, grinning a bit. But mostly on the inside. >:) Have you ever seen those movies where somebody is trying desperately to get away from something when they are on the ground, and their feet can't get any traction? They just kinda.. slide around? LMAO! LOLOL!! I'm sorry, that's funny. The look of terror in her eyes right before I turned was absolutely PRICELESS. She never did get up. But by golly, she tried like hell! LOLOL!!

And I wonder why I'm single...

Claying once again...

Yes, you heard me right! And boy am I rusty!! It's a baby shower gift for this guy at work. I wish I still had Mike's camera, I could show you guys. :( If I figure out how to use my old camera, I'll post them. But anyhoo's..

Been working on this first piece of three since about 7pm. It's now almost 10pm, no matter what the post time says. It started out to be an angel, but when I was done, I had actually made a clown. Which I'm sure Bobby's kid will be. Good lord, you should see how he acts at work!! So instead of "Mommy's Little Angel", it will say "Mommy's Little Clown". Debating on wether or not to put a clown hat on him, or stop while I'm ahead. I already had him looking like a burn victim with down syndrome at one point. The next hanging ornament will be for the daddy, which will say "Daddy's Little Slugger", as he's a baseball player. He showed me (and everyone else at work.. lol) his trading card. Pretty impressive. But how do you go from that, to working at a surplus grocery store? *shrugs* Anyhoo's - break time is over, and I need to start the second ornament while the smell of clay is still on my hands.

Updates/Ramblings

First of all, last Friday was AWESOME!!! It started at work, of all places. I was ringing up this guy who was not too hard on the eyes, if ya know what I mean. He bought 3 things. Condoms, an enema kit, and adult diapers. That's a good time right there, don't care who ya are. LOL!

This was the day of the Truck & Tractor Pull at the Lycoming County Fair in Hughesville - about 1/8 of a mile from Mike's place. I was going to try to ask Mike #2 if he wanted to go with me, but I haven't seen him in forever. So I was gonna go sit on Mike's (#1) porch & listen to them. But after I got home, Mike (#1) called and said he was going and if I wanted to go along, I could. YIPPEE!!! =^D So I drove over after he got home from work & we walked over. We were late, but they started late, so we didn't miss a thing! Grabbed some hot sausages from Hewlitts *SLURP* after about an hour, then went back to the grandstands & watched the rest. There were 2 trucks there I was loving. One called 'Black Hearted'... he did excellent, though nobody had any full pulls. The other, I don't remember the name - but he had oodles of 'chicken lights' I went nuts over.. lol. Thank god I didn't have to work the next day, 'cause they ran reeeeaaaal late!! I almost broke an ankle walking back to my car at Mike's house - we cut through a corn field - shhhh!! Lol! I had an excellent time. I'm so thankful we are still friends!! I'd love to go back to his dad's and play pool with him & Carey - Carey's a freakin trip and a half!! I sure miss him!

Only thing I did over the weekend, was sitting out the storms. Holy shitballs they were bad!! Short, but bad. No less than 3 tornado's touched down in Northeastern PA. I kept thinking of you, Linda, wondering if Warren got hit! And Lee, too - he lives in Williamsport (about 20 minutes away) & I know they had tornado watches. Well, you guys know where Williamsport is - look who I'm talking too.. LOL! At least you guys have BASEMENTS!!!

Well, on a sad note, my uncle passed away 2 days ago. It was his liver. Alcoholism & cancer runs in my family. Which is why I don't know if I want to get heavily involved with a drinker. To have fun is one thing, but to be serious with a person like that - I just don't know. I want to be more than just a piece of ass to somebody. Apparently, I'm good in one department, but there must be something about me that falls short. *shrugs*

But anyhoo's - I'm gonna go lay down & watch the rest of Ghost Hunters International. Man, I can't wait til there's new episodes of Ghost Adventures!! G'night Deborah! G'night Linda! And anyone else who may be reading..

OH... before I forget... I saw this thing hanging at work today. I was shopping during my break, scoping out the kool-aid. And what do I see - a grape drink mix, called Negrita. On the label, was a head shot of a black woman with a red bandana on her head. I shit you not. Hmm.. can you make that just a LITTLE more racist???

Dream Not As Crazy As I Thought?

The dream I had about Lucky & the glue stick stuck in his mouth... something happened today that just now hit me. I was on the couch & mom was in the kitchen putting some things away & cleaning up from dinner - we had chicken. Lucky trots in with something in his mouth. And to me, it didn't look quite right & he had a guilty look on his face. "LUCKY! NO!!" I yelled, and dove down to him, grabbed him, and pried a chicken bone from his mouth. He almost swallowed it whole - it was about 2 1/2 inches long. Did I *see* that the night before in my dream??? That's just freaky...

Tosh.0

OMG - I am totally in love with this show! I just started watching it this past week, and watching reruns right now. It reminds me of Talk Soup when Hal Sparks hosted it. Despite the fact that he just called those who voted for Lee DeWyze 'tone deaf'.. grrr... he's still funny as hell.

As for work.. not working the cooler anymore sucks. It wasn't just for one week, like the one supervisor thought. It was days before I would talk to my boss, and even longer before I'd talk to the owner. Not everyone at work even realizes I'm on the registers on Wednesdays, now. I rung up the one lady who works in the meat department today - she's on vacation til Wednesday. She said she thought I was doing a great job. I agreed. But hey, it's a job & I'm thankful to have one.

I'm thinkin' I need to take a sleeping pill tonight. The dreams I have had the past 2 nights are just completely on the opposite side of normal. I wasn't drinking, I didn't take anything... not sure why I dreamed that my boxes of Hefty trash bags were doing Sylvester Stallone impressions right on the shelf. Not like they had lips or anything, but they were moving around. You can't make that up. The dream I had about Lucky last night... good freakin lord.. I don't even know if I can describe that one. But I'll try. He was laying on the floor, and his one foot was gone. The was a metal stub where it should have been. My mom & dad were standing over him, and I said to them, rather calmly, "What's wrong with him?". LOL! Dad had Lucky's foot in his hand, doing something to it. "Here, let me try.." I said. But when he gave me what he had in his hand, it wasn't Lucky's foot - it was his mouth. Not bloody or anything. It was his muzzle, pretty much. It was like someone superimpossed(sp?) it into my hand, as it was perfect. There was something in his mouth, so I gently pried his little mouth apart - AND A GLUE STICK FELL OUT! Wtf?!? No, I do not smoke pot. Maybe I should start! LOL! I'm almost afraid to go to sleep..

Got Demoted Today

Yeah.. not happy. There was a 'schedule change' today, and I was told I would not be working in the cooler anymore. Their excuse, was that I was more needed on register. But what they really meant, is I wasn't doing a good enough job. First of all, I was hired to do just case lots (stocking shelves). Today, we were told there will be 3 more people hired, one of which will do nothing but case lots - which is what I was hired to do. WTF??!!? It took about half an hour for that to sink in today, and then I was extremely pissed. I was on register from before my lunch around 11:30am, til after 3:30pm. How the holy hell am I suppose to fill the shelves of my isle, when I am always on register? "Oh, you wont be on register all the time..." BULLSHIT! I have been on register for the past 3 weeks, except on Wednesdays, because I was working the cooler those days!! Well, I guess they put a stop to THAT, now.. didn't they??

When I was first hired, I loved working there. I really did. I had no enemies there... I still don't. I had nothing against anyone I worked with. They loved me so much, after I was there 3 weeks, they wanted to bump me up to supervisor. But I declined. One of the supervisors there told me I totally made the right decision. She told me she wishes she would have said no. When they talked me into being trained on register, Wednesday was the only day I looked forward to going into work. Now I have nothing to look forward to. I can't even mess around with the forklift driver, as starting Monday, we are not to bother him... we have to write down on a dry erase board what we want for the day & he does it. Rules are a good thing - but this place is taking it way WAY too far. I was back in the warehouse getting some merchandise from my overstock area.. this was right as this bullshit was sinking in about me not being good enough to put out fruits and veggies. And this one guy was putting cardboard in the bailer, which is right at the end of my overstock isle. He wondered what was wrong, but I didn't want to talk about it. "It looks like you need a hug. Do you want a hug..??" "Um, no." He was stunned that *I*.. a woman... didn't want a hug from *HIM*, a god only in his own mind. Sure, he's not bad on the eyes, but I was in no mood for a hug. I would barely even look at him. Now, if the forklift driver would have offered a hug, I probly would have accepted - but would have ended up bawling on his shoulder. So I guess that situation turned out for the best.

Everyone at work can tell when I'm not in a good mood. I wont look up. I wont talk unless asked a question. I wont smile. Tell the customers to have a good day?? I don't think so.

I know no job is perfect, and I'm glad to even have a job in this economy. But I wasn't hired for this. One of the guys that work in the back told me PA's minimum wage is going up. Sure... so they can take more freakin taxes out. *sighs* I need a drink! No wonder nobody wants me. lol

One More Day! One More Day!

Then I get the weekend off! YAY! Lol! It's probly nothing to.. all 2 of you that read my blog, but it's something major for me!

I can't believe how hard it is to find somebody to go to Atlantic City with me. At least we (my aunt and I) are going on September 4th, when it's cooler, but I wanted to go July 3rd, also. I could still go, but it'd be by myself. Man, I wish I had friends! Friends with no life, anyways, like me. I'd love to ask the neighbor down the street, but I don't know him that well. It actually doesn't cost much, if you take a bus trip. Round trip, it's only $32. Try to drive to Atlantic City on $32 worth of gas! Lol!

Well, tv really sucks tonight. Guess it's bedtime. *yawns.*

Wheeeeeeeeeewwwwwww - White Lightning!!

Oh, yeah.. this Green God Damn is so delish, I can't even tell you! It tastes sorts like a Whiskey Sour. My first taste was almost an hour ago, and I started sweating about 10 minutes agio.. lol. Feeling absolutely no pain as of this moment int imew. Het, loo, it look like I meowed.. lol But anyhoo's./.. tasted the Apple Pie tonight - now it tastes like a sweet cider. Very good. Can't imagine I'll have a hang over. Never had one in my life. Mike always hated that.. teehee.. lol. But yeah, I gotta finish this glass then hit the hay.n b Maybe shave my head.. i'm so greakin hot!! i insist that the reason I am seeing double, is because I'm not wearing my glasses. That's my story & i'm sticking to it!

Green God Damn - The Drink

I don't know if this is a drink Mike's family invented or what, but it's another recipe he gave me that involves the Grain. I bought the other ingredients tonight, and had every intention on making it. Still may tonight, but I had to *PROMISE* Mike to ~ONLY~ have half a normal glass. Talked to him today after I was done at Petco, making sure there were no additional ingredients. There's actually only 3 things in it, and depending on what order you mix it in, you make it into a slushie dessert. He calls it a 'creeper drink'.. that's why I had to promise to only have a little. Because he knows I don't drink often, and he thinks it'll knock me off my ass.

~ 3 hours later ~

Well, no Green God Damn for me tonight! Found a flea on Lucky, which turned into a 3 hour adventure.. jeez. So off to bed for me, as it's now 11:23pm! Hopefully I'll get it made tomorrow after work!

Apple Pie Experiement - Day One

This aint your gramma's pastry I'm talkin' about. Oh, no.. no.. no...

If your a fan of grain alcohol, you might just like this. After tasting some of this applicious drink a few months ago, I decided I needed to make some for myself. But since I didn't have the recipe, I looked it up online. That brought up many versions, though. So what I did, was combine them into one. My first batch was made yesterday. Here's the recipe I used:

1 Gallon apple cider
1 Gallon apple juice
2 1/2 cups sugar
7 (3") cinnamon sticks
2 1/2 cups grain

Combine all ingredients, except grain, in large pot (I actually used our Nesco Roaster). Heat til sugar disolves. Most recipes say to bring to a boil, but Mike & I decided it wasn't necessary.. lol! Then let cool COMPLETELY! If you don't, the heat will evaporate the alcohol. And grain is SO not cheap - so don't waste it by thinking it's 'cool enough' - be SURE! What I did to hurry the process along, was float ice packs in it.. my mom's idea! Worked like a charm! You could also use ice cubes in a ziplock bag.. after it's cooled a bit first. Don't want to melt the plastic! I read that the longer you leave the cinnamon sticks in, the stronger the cinnamon gets. I took mine out after it was completely cooled. I tasted it before I put the alcohol in, even though, of course, it would taste totally different when cold. It did taste a bit sweet, but pretty much tasted like cider. Time for the grain! It was added.. stirred, tasted, stirred, tasted... WOW! Strooooooooong. But to see how different it would taste iced, I put some in the freezer. It was still sweet, but I drank it, anyways.. lol! Then this morning, I sipped it again, and it sorta mellowed out. Nice! This might work, after all! Tonight after work, I tried it again - even better. I guess the flavors just had to sit & mix for a bit. I'll see how much better it tastes tomorrow. It *is* only a bit over 24 hours old.

Good Evening, Kids!

Still wondering why I am so attracted to the bad boys.. Lol! Was suppose to go out tonight to a friends house, but he called me tonight after work & we talked about it. And both decided it was just the wrong time. If it was meant to be, it was meant to be. Apparently, it wasn't. I guess subliminally, I was having second thoughts, also. Because when I hung up, I felt as if a weight was lifted. I spent the majority of my life alone, so I'm use to it. I don't mean that in a bad way, it's just what I know. Not sure what's going on... I sure as hell don't look any different, but it's as if suddenly guys are noticing me now. Poor bastards.. LOL! I'm just not use to being flirted with - but mamma like. Me & this guy at work flirt something TERRIBLE! If I was 20 years younger, and if he wasn't such a man-whore, I'd be all over him.

~10 minutes later~

Sorry, what was I saying? He's just.. freakin SMOKIN' HOT. He's the kind of guy, that the more you know him & are around him, the better he gets. And that stubble he has.. OMMFG! I could literally stare at him all day. I get bummed when he comes in all clean-shaven.. lol. The next time he does, I think I'll rub my hand over his check & go "awww... I liked the stubble.." If he comes in with a goatee, they'll have to mop me up off the floor. I just.. whew. Just a fantasy crush, is all. ;) I about died when he threw a kiss at me the other day.. LOL! I just wiggled my eyebrows and threw one back.. hehe.

ANYWAYS... there's pics on the camera from this past winter. That's how long it's been since I got any off it. You can't rush into these things, ya know. Lots of Lucky pics, some crafts, our renovation of my parents bathroom, a few from the Beaver Lake show, and from Easter. Haven't gotten a pic of #2 (The Mike that lives down the road) yet, but I have a plan. *Rubs chin devilishly* >:^D I think alot about him, too. A-L-O-T. I gotta get up enough courage to ask him out before he's taken. He's usually walking to work as I'm getting out of the shower. Not that I watch for him, or anything. *cough* Or leave the window open just enough, so that there's a straight shot from the road into the shower. :)~ And I noticed the other day, he also has a barbed wire tattoo on the same arm I do. Well, mine's a wrist-wrap, his is on his very muscular bicept. (Damn, I wish I could put a sound clip in here.. it'd be a cat purring.. lol)

Man, those screaming kids down the road are seriously throwing off my mojo. Guess I've rambled on enough. Oh!! IT'S FINALLY RAINING!! WOO HOO!!!!! Aaaand, it stopped. What a tease.

AACCKKK! My aunt just scared the living shit outta me! LMAO! She came up to the window & said hi - it's dark out & I can't see.. lol. Anyhoo's, I'm off to bed. No drugs tonight, either. Imagine that shit.

CONGRATS, LEE DEWYZE!!!!! =^D

YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY!!!!!!!! I can NOT express how happy I am that he is the new American Idol!!! I rewound it as soon as it ended & watched it again! Honestly, I was scared he wouldn't win, as Crystal did such an excellent job last night. Well over 2 months ago, I said it would be down to Crystal & Lee, as I thought they had the best 2 voices. His voice is just so spectacular - my mom agrees! With any luck, the tour will come to this area, as Aaron Kelly is from just up the road, basically. So close, both me & my mom work with people who know him & grew up with him.. lol. He usually plays at the Lycoming County Fair, which is 2 miles away from where I live now, and literally in the backyard of where Mike & I lived. I loved sitting on the porch & listening to the tractor pulls.. lol Anyhoo's..

Time for me to go to bed... like I can sleep right now??!? I'm way excited, plus it's gotta be over 100 freakin degree's in here. Gotta go look for some big pink pills.. hehe. Good night, you 2! Congrats again, Lee!! You ROCK!! :P

Omfg!

Where would one start? I can't really wipe the smile off my face. *giggles* For a while, I have been wondering if #2 was still interested. Well, tonight pretty much confirmed that! LOL! No, we weren't together.. what kind of girl do you think I am?? Wait - don't answer that. Swear to god, he either called me sweetie or hun as he was leaving. Could this be the begining of something? Who knows. Time will tell.

I'm wondering how he knew which room was my bedroom... LMAO! Hmmm...

My Tongue Hurts

I didn't realize how acidic Kiwi Fruit was. Damn. It actually feels burnt. And this is over an hour later. I'm munching on some 'cheese ends' I snagged from work yesterday. She said there were 2 kinds of cheese in the bag (none of it is marked), but there are clearly at least 4 kinds of cheese here. When I opened the bag last night, I saw there was some Swiss in there. *shudders & gags* That went right to dad. There's Muenster, Longhorn, something yellow, and another white kind.

Well, I don't even know why I wrote that.. lol. It's getting to be my bedtime, and my mind is mushy. Haven't seen Mike #2 for a couple days. Been thinking about him, though. Hehe. ;) When "Idol" is over (GO, LEE!!!!!!) I'll be able to get back to my regular bedtimes. G'Night!

What a Disappointing Day

This was possibly the worst craft show I ever set up for. Not a good start to the season. For starters, it was pouring this morning before, during, and after I got up. Mom & I switched vehicles for the day so I could use her van. It was still raining as I struggled to put up the canopy alone. Frustrated at not being able to finish, a gentleman came along and asked if I needed help. I eagerly accepted and it was up in no time. The show was to start at 9am, but I am usually never ready. Today was no exception. But almost everything was out & priced. By 9:30am, the wind started to pick up - there was a wind advisory from noon til 11pm. Well, the wind just got stronger & stronger. People were starting to pack up already. By 10am, I was, too. My friend Bonnie was there & her and 2 other ladies helped me take the canopy down. At first, I was just going to keep going with the show, but was tired of holding on to the canopy so it didn't blow away. But when the wind still kept blowing items all over the parking lot, I knew it was time to go. I was home by 11:15.. in bed by 11:20. Lucky was glad to see me home, as he's use to me coming home around 4:30pm from work. Even now, at 9:04pm, the wind is still gusting pretty good. Everything but my pocketbook is still in my mom's van. Luckily, she doesn't work tomorrow. And hopefully, the wind wont be so bad. Gotta get everything out & organize it. I may have another show in 2 weeks - depends on what day. I think it's a Saturday. A girl was handing out flyers & business cards for it while the majority of us were packing up today. And yard sale things can be taken, too! Man, do I have alot of shit to get rid of! There's gonna be a car & truck show, fishing, food, maybe a boat show, too - it's at a lake. I have no idea where Beaver Lake is, but Bonnie was there while she handed the flyers out.. she knew right where it was.

Well, I'm beat. I hope I can sleep with all this noise from the wind. Maybe a few Vicodins will help me. I know where there's 3 unopened bottles of *those*! ;^D Sweet dreams, kids! Off to la-la-land for me..

Sleepless In Muncy.. Lol

Just thought I'd take a moment to update til some Tylonol (sp??) PM takes effect. Regardless of what the time says, it's 12:06am right now. Not sure why the time on this is screwed up. Anyhoo's, I might have 2 more craft shows lined up. The Rotary Festival at the Lycoming County Fairgrounds on September 18th & 19th, and the Ben Franklin show September 10th & 11th. My friend Bonnie isn't doing either of these, as she already has plans to do the Milton show the weekend of the Rotary Festival. And I hate doing shows alone, so I might go to Milton with her.

I had my first taste of Red Bull this morning. And I will say, that it was YUMMY!! My friend/co-worker Tim had this consentrated shot this morning before work. We were all hanging around the time clock waiting for it to turn 7:30, and he was telling us about it. He said it was really strong, and he'd have his 'wings' today.. lol. I said I never saw such a tiny can of Red Bull. It was about 3" high. Sooo cute! Lol! He told me to have a sip, so I did. Oh dear was it good! Nice & sweet! I can't believe a sip of Red Bull over 16 hours ago is the reason why I can't sleep, but we both work tomorr.. today, so I'm gonna blame him. :) God, why am I so attracted to bad boys... hehee..

Oh, what else.. cut my hair tonight. Was getting tired of how it hung. Now that it's shorter, it is wavey. I like it! Mike's gonna pick Lucky up sometime today & go up to the other place in Montoursville to try & fix the well. If he gets the water working, they'll both stay there the night. I know Lucky misses him, so it'll be good for both of them. Plus, the yard up there is fenced in, and he'll be able to run around off his leash. Mike's gonna snag me the rolled up fencing he doesn't want, so I can put it around my garden. I haven't had a chance to go up & get it yet. It wont fit in the back of the Cavalier, anyways. This year, I'm gonna go back to planting tomatoes (YAY YAY YAY!!!), and mom wants lettuce, onions, and cucumbers. The garden is all outlined with landscaping logs, and my sister is coming over sometime soon with a roto-tiller (sp?). No point in doing it yet, as the weather here in PA has been INSANE. Since the fence he's bringing me is about 4 feet high, I'm gonna cut it in half and either attatch it to the logs, or pound it into the ground. Depends how much is there, really. With all the asshole kids that live around here, I almost don't want a garden. One of my mom's Flamingo's were stolen recently out of the front yard. I got her 2 sets for xmas 2 years ago, as she has wanted some forever. Dad insists the wind blew it away. Mmm hmm. He even looked in the farmers field, but didn't see it. One of the legs were still stuck in the ground, and I'm gonna keep an eye out in the neighborhood for a one-legged Flamingo.

Sighs.............. well, I suppose I'll go lay down. Gotta get up for work in 4 1/2 hours. Dad's out of Ambien. This sucks. Lol. Goodnight Deborah.. Goodnight Linda!

Can't Sleep

Not sure why.. wish I knew. Maybe it's because my mind wont freakin shut off. Even after an hour, 2 Vicodin didn't do anything. So I took 2 Ambien. They should do the trick. But until they take effect, I finally have time for an update. Work's doing alright. Nobody likes the new guy - lots of politics and ass kissing.. whatever you want to call it. But besides that, it's the usual. My favorite person there is in danger of getting fired. So I truely hope he behaves. He's the kind of person that just makes the day fly by & is fun to be around. He's gotten in trouble for things other employee's get away with. Been there, done that. Hopefully, they have to provide us with insurance soon.

I guess another reason I can't sleep, is because of Mike. No, not *that* Mike, another Mike. This one lives down the street from me. Not sure for how long, but he's been asking my aunt & uncle about me - they live across the street. When they told me, I wasn't interested, but flattered. Not that Mike & I had a bad break up of any kind, but I sure wasn't ready to start seeing anyone. This may have been around xmas. The other week I had Lucky out one night, and Mike had his dog out, too. He walks him around the 'block', where I just take Lucky around the yard. It was relatively dark, and I hear this "Luckyyyy" in a deep voice. I slightly panicked, but then see Mike & his kid, Buttkiss, walking up. I - was in my jammies. We chatted a good 10 or 15 minutes, mostly about the dogs. And this Ambien is starting to kick my ass, so I'll wrap this up. For over a week I guess, I've been wanting to see if he wants to go do something sometime. My aun says he's shy, but so am I. You know how you sometimes plan something in your head, waiting for the right moment to unleash it? Well, today I was thinking it again.. then Lucky wanted out. But Mike & Buttkiss hasn't been out for what seemed like a week - I always look for them when I'm outside - so I wasn't expecting to see them. Out on the porch we went, and when I rounded the van in the driveway, there he was, walking his doggie up the road. I audibly gasped, and anything I wanted to ask him when away. We exchanged 'hi's', and chatted a few minutes. This was Buttkisses fir time out for a walk since last Thursday, I think he said. I think Mike accidentally stepped on h is wee foot, so he was limping a bit.. that's why I hadn't seen him all weelend, he kept him in the yard. As he was leaving today, he goes 'C'mo, Buttkiss, lets go get another cup of coffee..' I was walked beside them untl we got infront of our vehicles, and he said to him 'She's gonna follow us home..' which I wish I had a smart comment for, but I wasn;'t thinking fast enough. I just can't stop thinking about him now. Has it been too long since he was first interested? Maybe he has somebody else by now.

ok, drugs are in full swing & I really need to go dive on the couh before they wear off. hope my next update is closer. oooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Ryan Newman wont lasy nights race in Phoenix!!! I love that man! tomorrows class - how to type with double & tiple ision,. good nihght everyone.signinh off at12:5111111 am

Chicken?

Am I eating chicken?? Wth? Disreguard that last entry. But I haven't felt that good since the basement bar at the Days Inn in St. Louis. The one I had to be helped up the stairs, as we were drinking & playing pool with another driver down there while we were training. First & only time I've ever thrown up from drinking. But that's a long story, and I'm boring enough as it is. So anyhoo's...

I can't wait to watch American Idol tonight. We taped it last night, so we'll watch that, then the voting results. Of course, we are routing for Aaron Kelly, as he's from just up the road. But as far as the other ones go, I am all for Lee DeWyze. His voice is simply incredible, and knows how to play to the camera. I love that roughness in his voice. This is the first year I've ever watched the show, and hope they (Aaron & Lee) make it to the end.

Oh crap, gotta go get ready for work. I'm a bit sleepy.. *ahem* this morning. Still upset at myself because I took his mom's charger, and if you're reading this, you KNOW I didn't do that on purpose. I'm the absolute last person you ever have to worry about taking something. Why I didn't say something, I have no answer for that.. I just wasn't thinking, as usual. :(

Off Today!

Well, okay. I'm a little 'off' every day.. lol. I was actually off Saturday, too. So this was a 3 day weekend for me. I just wish I had NEXT weekend with 3 days off, because my kid will be home! Yes, after almost 2 months, Lucky Chalupa is on his way home! =^D What sucks, is that my parents will be seeing more of him than I will, as they'll dog-sit while I'm at work. I imagine I'll take him to get his nails done at PetCo. (NEVER at the vets again, even though it's alot cheaper.) Not sure how long they will be home, though. But Mike should be delivering in Baltimore about Thursday. So if they don't get home til later Thursday afternoon, that works out great, as I can just trot over there after work. Yay!

Oh oh oh oh oh... I'm getting my car back, too! Yippee!!! =D It's been years since she's been in the driveway here in PA! It'll be torture, as it needs inspected first. ACK! So she'll be home, but I wont be able to touch her until she gets a new sticker slapped on her. My god, it better not need anything!!! The brakes were already replaced last year in St. Louis. At least where it's going to, is only about 3/4 of a mile away from Mike's place!

Soooo... I'm still up. Mike was right, damn him! "Just wait.. your body will get use to getting up early & you'll do that no matter if you work that day or not." AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHH! I was over at my aunts next door til way past my usual bedtime last night, as my uncle is in the hospital (coming home today). So I was still up til about 3am this morning. Did I sleep in?? HELL NO! I've been up since before 7am!!! *sighs*

3:02am???

WTF? Ok, I give up.. lol

*YAWNS* Great news..

I have no idea why the time on yahoo is screwed up. All my posts to lists are 5 hours ahead of when I actually send them. And when I wrote my last blog post, I certainly did NOT write it at 2:30 in the freakin morning! Right now it's a few minutes after 6am. It's not a time zone thing, because this computer is set for Eastern. Now for the GREAT news...

We are under a Winter Storm Advisory til 9am. Already have about an inch of snow, and it's calling for a wintery mix of sleet. YIPPEE! Great driving for the 20 minutes up & down winding roads 0n my way to work this morning. When my mom went to work this morning, she let us know the roads are just wet right now. But it *is* only 32 degree's out. Plus, she's driving Mike's Monster Truck. Don't ask.. lol. So I'm driving her van, which she told me to be careful, as it doesn't have great traction. OY!

This is the start of week 2 at the store, and I'm doing pretty good. I'm working the cooler, as Dave had off yesterday & today. Which I don't mind, as I really like working in the cooler. I actually prefer it over the case lots. But I'm usually only suppose to do the cooler on Wednesday, Dave's usual day off. We're getting a butt-load of produce in today, and I'll be very very busy all day long! But anyhoo's.. They tried to train me on the freezer last Thursday. OMMFG! I really thought I could handle it - but I couldn't. For one, I had no idea they were going to put me in there, so I didn't wear any long johns, like I am now. You'd think from years of being outside for hours on end inspecting & helping to load cars in freezing weather (sometimes in snow & ice storms) would prepare me for a simple freezer. HELL NO! It was like the air was concentrated somehow.. it's hard to explain.. it was so cold, you didn't even see your breath. It has to be that way, as that's where they keep the ice cream & all the other frozen food. Hopefully, they wont put me back in there!

Well, anyhoo's.. Linda.. Deborah.. LOL.. time for me to get dressed, and go to the bathroom one more time. Because if I don't & I slide.. I will have a mess in my pants.

Signing off at 6:22am... I wonder what time it'll claim I posted this??

Working Stiff, 101

Yes, I've once again joined the world of the working. Actual work that I get a pay check for. Today is day 3 at the Surplus Outlet on Rt. 15. It's a grocery store of sorts. Not like a Sam's Club - far from it. It's more of an overstock/scratch & dent store. But they have everything a regular grocery store has, but at a fraction of the price. They want me to learn a few jobs there so I can fill in when I'm needed. My first day I was trained on the cooler. Which is a section of the store that is literally a giant walk-in fridge that has the meats, cheeses, yogurt, milk, eggs, produce.. And yesterday I was doing it pretty much on my own, with not too much help from others. Now today, I will be trained on my 'regular' job of case lots. Which is pretty much stocking shelves. I'm dreading the day they train my on the freezer. OMFG! Makes me want to crawl back under the covers just thinking about it! The people there are nice, and stop & ask throughout the day how I'm making out, and if I need any help, to just let them know. The dress code sucks, but lots of people have to wear certain clothes to work. Can't wear blue or black jeans, which is ALL I WEAR, so the day they called me to tell me I had the job, I had to go out shopping for dress slacks! But I found out yesterday that I can wear other colors of denim, just not black or blue. So hell yeah, I'm gonna go shopping again, as soon as time permits! I start at 7:30am, and work til 4pm.. so I'm eating cereal now trying to wake up. I'm usually not a breakfast eater, but I'd probly be sorry & draggin my ass if I didn't. On break, I'll go out to the truck and munch on something. Probly a nanner. Oh, I wanna make a sammich for today, too. I bought some yummy turkey ham yesterday after work. Which leads me to wonder just what the hell kind of animal do they get turkey ham from?!?

As I bring this blog post to a close, let me ask this. Did anyone of you out there ever like swallowing your bubble gum when you were a kid? If so, you'll LOVE the kind of ice cream I got last night. It's Bubblicious from Breyers. It's pink & has chunks in it, that when chewed, is reminiscent of gum that you've had in your mouth for 10 hours & falls apart. Oh, you know what I'm talking about! When mom & I first smelled it, it was so heavenly! Then I had a bowl last night after supper. Man, it was awesome! Til you got half way through.. then you never want to see another piece of gum again. Ever. It got kinda sickning.. lol. Good thing it was only $2.19, because I don't know if I want anymore real soon!

Ok, an hour left to get dressed, make a sammich, fix the hair.. blah blah blah. See you cats later! Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to work I go...

CONGRATS, JAMIE MCMURRAY!!!!

WOOOOOOOOOOO FREAKIN' HOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! =D
Congrats to the man for winning the 2010 Daytona 500!!! *does happy dance* I've always been a huge fan of his, but after seeing how emotional he got after winning... it just made me love him all the more!! What an awesome athlete!!! It was such a loooong drawn out race, but well worth the wait, IMHO! It ran almost 2 1/2 hours over, because of 2 red flags, due to the asphalt coming loose between turns 1 & 2. The second time, they patched it with something different, and it held out for the last 39 laps. (Did you notice the very first car that ran over the patch, was the pace car? LOL!) Poor Junior was actually kinda pissed that came in second. But he did amazing job, from what I saw! I couldn't find my Ryan Newman shirt, and you saw what happened to him. :( *sighs* Gordon, as always, JUST missed 3 wrecks by the skin of his pearly white teeth. But got caught up in the last one. *snorts* Hey, he wasn't hurt. I never heard my mom scream with so much glee, as when she did when Johnson cut a tire.. LMAO! There were lots of stories in tonights race, those were the ones that stuck out.

All in all, the race was terrific.. especially the end! They had to restart it a few times in the last couple laps.. good lord, are they trying to give me a heart attack?? Ooohhoohh.. they are replaying the end on NACSAR Victory Lane on the Speed channel. I'm curling my toes just as much as the first time! "What A Man" is playing in my head!! You Da' Man, Jamie!!! OHH! Interviewing him now!!!

Happy Hump Day!

Those of you taking advantage of that, I'm jealous! It must also be 'wear every color you hate' day, as I'm wearing pink, green & orange. (If it wasn't a Tony Stewart shirt, I wouldn't own anything orange, trust me!) All I need now is brown, and my look will be complete. Anyhoo's...

The last few days, I've been a soap-making fool. Last night, I uploaded some pics of my boob & weiner soaps to my Flickr page. It was suggested to me by a pure genius that I just needed to put it on 'restricted' access, so only people in my contacts can see those certain ones. Which I couldn't figure out last night, but I did it this morning - thanks, hun! Now, I'm not sure of blogger's policy on anatomically correct soap. But I'm going to take a chance and post one of the pictures from my Flickr page. This one shows me holding them for size reference. They dried a bit darker than I thought they would (this pic is of fresh ones), so my next batch I will do lighter. I'm especially pleased with the way the boobs came out. As long as they don't separate like the eyes of my frogs did, everything will be fine! Deborah, the aforementioned genius, also told me how to keep my layers from separating. So from now on, I'm going to do them all the way she mentioned. I've gotten several orders for these, and I'm thrilled! Because I really don't think these are something I can take to any craft shows around here! Lol! One friend is getting some for stocking stuffers, another is getting some angels, and another friend, Chris (who I did the mugs for) is interested in some for some friends of hers. And hopefully, that's just the begining! I can definetly take the frog & turtle soap to shows, along with ones I made from a discarded candy tray. If the brown coloring works out (again, you're a lifesaver, dear!) I will be making 'chocolate' candy soaps. Wow, that just came to me!!! =^D

Ok, I have to admit, the soaps were getting - tiresome.. but after Deborah gave me the recipe for brown, now I have footballs AND candy to make!! WOO HOO!!! Maybe a ball of red soap inside the candy..? Nah.. ok, I'm getting ahead of myself! One thing at a time!!!

*breathe in, breathe out*

*repeat*

M & M 's

I just realized I am eating M&M's, while listening to Eminem. That struck me funny.. lol. Also, why is there only one shade of brown anymore? They took it out because they added blue? Why not take out yellow or better yet, orange! Nobody likes orange. They need to make rainbow M&M's. I can't be the only one who separates the colors before I eat them. Am I?

"What did you do Saturday night?

"Oh, I segregated my M&M's. Then killed them. Orange first."

So.. this is what having no job, no man, and no life does to a person. Omg. Somebody put a gun in my mouth!

Yeah, yeah... just kidding.

Sudsy Fun!

Here is my new batch of soaps that I took out of the molds yesterday. They were only sitting a day, so I popped them in the freezer for a few hours and they came right out with a lil' twist. I did an experiment that my good and VERY smart friend Deborah suggested - I 'antiqued' one of the angels with a mixture of alcohol and PearlEx. The finished angel turned out all yellow in the pic, so I need to take another one. The process getting *to* the final pic, is on my Flickr site. This soap making is fun!

Hold That Thought

Maybe it was because I didn't have enough food coloring in the mix, but when I tried the soap crayons in the shower last night, they didn't work. The blue suds were pretty, but they didn't write on the wall like they were suppose to. Now I have to decide if I should grate them down, or try to sell them, as is. Along with other colors. But what's the point of having them in the shape of a crayon, if you can't doodle on mommy and daddy's wall? So what I might do, is use a mini ice cube tray to make soap cubes. That way, I can fill them, and pop them out the next day so they can finish drying. Tonight, I made some frog and turtle soap. Plus a few angels. But the molds have lots of nooks and crannies, and it makes it hard to get the soap out - it takes weeks and weeks to dry in there. Also, when I was taking trash out - CLOTHES! I need to put clothes in the dryer! ARGH! Ok, I'm back. So anyways, when I took trash out, I found my dad's empty candy 'tray', that I think would make awesome soap shapes. Didn't use the adult molds.. I honestly forgot. I also haven't tried the other method of soap making yet. The method that involves boiling the grated soap with the addition of oil. Hope to try it soon! Will keep the troops updated..

Soap Crayons, Made Easy!

Over on my Flickr page http://www.flickr.com/photos/clayrplayr/ I took you on a pictoral journey of how I made my crayons. This pic is the result of a night of grating, mixing and molding. The final recipe I decided on, was very easy and found all over the internet. Here's what you'll need -

1 cup soap flakes or grated soap
2 Tbsps. hot water
Food coloring (as many drops needed for desired color)

As far as materials.. a grater, if using bar soap, bowl for mixing, heavy utensil for stirring, and ice cube trays or molds. Me, I worked 'em out by hand. ;) My Flickr page explains the steps in more detail. It's fairly easy, and fun! Since it has a clay-like consistancy, I was thinking of sculpting simple shapes. Or even using the weiner and boob molds I have. Hey.. where *are* those molds?? In a day or so, I wll try out the smaller crayons to see if I should continue making the other colors. I did grate more soap tonight while watching NCIS. But with my right thumb and forefinger wore down to the nub, I decided to stop for the night.. lol.

Note to self - find weiner molds..

*Whew*

Interview is over... it went very well! I expect a call saying I got the job. He said he was going to try to make a decision by the end of the day. He does interviews every 1/2 an hour, so he has been busy with them. What makes me think I got the job, is the fact he told me he was thinking about putting me in 'seafood' (do what, exactly, to seafood on 3rd shift?? lol) but he actually said after he found out what he did, he is considering me for helping to unload the freight trucks. What he found out, was that I use to help unload the trucks at Ben Franklins, and putting the merchandise in it's appropriate places in the warehouse. There's 2 positions open for 3rd shift, and it will be part time at first, of course. He did tell me that they have been having problems with people calling off constantly. And the 'night boss', or whatever that person is called, up and quite right before xmas, with no notice. Also, they are looking for people who can finish the job, because so often, the night shift will leave stuff around for the morning people to do, when it's not their job. He said it wasn't easy. What they expect of an employee, is 50 cases an hour. I think that might be when they are put on the shelf. I know if I get this job, my entire body will hate me.. but it'll just have to get use to it! My feet, for one. Or, two. I can hear them screaming already! Since I'm not use to physical labor, my muscles will feel like they are being shredded. But that's why god made hot bubble baths, right? lol

Hola, One And All!

So far, the new year has had it's perks. Hopefully, it's been better for all of you, also. Tomorrow, I have an interview with the local grocery store, to work 3rd shift. Wish me luck! I'm extremely nervous, as I know my mind will go blank and I'll stutter something aweful - I do that when I'm nervous or scared. I'm very suprised I got an interview, because the first question on the 73 question 'test' applicants take, is "Do you remember instructions well?" Um.. well.... since I have this disease called 'I can't lie', I had no choice but to choose 'Not very well'. I laughed out loud at the question that went something like "Do you think a good fist fight would be fun to watch?" WTF kind of question is that, and what does it have to do with stocking the shelves of a grocery store?? LOL! And yes, of course it would be fun to watch.. lol. They must have problems with drugs and fights, because that's what 90% of the questions were about. Another question... "If someone offered a stolen car to you to buy, would you buy it?" Hello? See, alot were just common sense questions. *Sighs* I'm incredibly nervous. My interview is at 9:30 in the morning. Did I mention I was nervous?

Last night while watching the show of all shows, Paranormal State, I made some crayon soap. It was quite fun and satisfying! I took pictures, and will upload and show you all tomorrow. Right now, I'm going to grate some more soap while I watch Ghost Hunters. Maybe make some more.. maybe green or lavendar tonight. Last night was blue and yellow. Pink? I'll think about it. Maybe orange. I'll try to do a batch of all colors. One cup of grated soap makes 6 1/2 crayons. But more about all that tomorrow. Time to scrape up my fingers and slice off a few more fingernails. 'Til tomorrow, my children!
