Well, hello there!

Long time, no post! I've just got done going through dozens of posts.. just refreshing my memory, and editing things for.. content. :) Wendy (Shannon's sister) made me realize how long I've neglected this & my flickr page. So I think I'm gonna get back into it. Gotta get to bed, as I work the cooler tomorrow & I start an hour early, so I'll just quickly update.

Worked all day making this palm tree for a wedding cake topper. I was thrilled with it at first, then decided it wasn't as good as it could be. So I'm fixing that, too. The whole cake topper needs to be done OMFG.. by the middle of next week!!! Oh jesus! *breathe in, breathe out* Repeat. This is for a wedding on a cruise, and maybe I don't wanna know how many people will be seeing this. This is a true challenge for me. But maybe it'll get me some business? One thing at a time..!

In other news... hmm, let's see...
Tim, unfortunately, doesn't work at Surplus anymore. :( Big HUGE ordeal that changed more lives than he could ever imagine. People are coming & going at a pretty good clip at work. Don't even get me started.

No news on the Mike Front.. either #1 or #2.. all is the same. Lucky is fine. (So are the Mike's.) Anyhoo's - I got a yudu (personal screen printer) for xmas, and Christian has some work for me. Shannon, her sister Wendy & I had a yudu 'party' last Saturday & we tried to tackle the beast. Shannon has one, too. It didn't go as planned, but Shannon sent me the pattern I designed, and it will go smoother the next time.

Well, I *really* need to go to bed, it's almost midnight! Will send pics of my work in progress sometime soon, I hope. Just gonna concentrate on getting it done, for now. Plus a friend from work wants a lion pen, and I gotta make another monkey pen. Will send pics of those soon. I know, I know... you've heard THAT before! Night, kids...
